Diraj Dass

Managing Partner

As the Managing Partner of Finance-Force, Diraj is responsible for the management and development of the business, actively supports start ups and manages the investment portfolio of Finance-Force.  He also sits as the CFO/board member of several companies.

His passion is to work with entrepreneurs via his incubator program, taking the wantrepeneur to entrepreneur, not just by offering the required capital, but by putting his own know-how and time into the project, as well as the resources of his back office, partners and network.

Prior to Finance-Force, Diraj gained his best practices whilst leading the financial management/reporting and strategic planning of mid-large corporations including Altera (Intel), De La Rue and Angst+Pfister. His experiences spans over thirty countries, across various industries and at different phases of the business cycle, from start up entity through to post acquisition integration. Aligning the business areas to deliver no-surprise results and achieve financial success is one of his great strengths.

Marcel Thoma

Chairman and Partner

Marcel serves as Chairman of the Board of Finance-Force and engages as a Partner for mandates in the field of corporate finance.  He also manages the investments of Finance-Force, playing a key role between the companies and our private investors or banks.

Marcels passion is in business ideas. Over the last twenty years he has started up and grown several profitable ventures in industries such as defense, real estate, software and manufacturing.  He holds several board mandates in and around Switzerland.

As a Swiss CPA (Lic. oec. HSG; Dip. Wirtschaftsprüfer), prior to Finance-Force, he stared his career at PWC and later was working for national and multinational companies in Switzerland and abroad such as RedIT, Cap Gemini, De La Rue and Angst+Pfister. The set up and change of finance departments, board advisory, M&A, corporate refinancing, corporate restructuring and global cost saving programs are just a few examples of his best practices.

Stefan Rampf

Member of the board

Stefan Rampf started his career in the audit area of Ernst & Young in 1991. After about 7 years, he moved into the industry to actively contribute to the success of companies. Since, he has held different positions ranging from Investment controller up to CFO/Finance Director, and working in different companies and industries. During his career he has acquired a wealth of management experience in different areas, E.G re-structuring of financial and accounting departments, sustainable improvement of planning and year-end processes for both single legal entities as well as larger groups, tax audits and the implementation of IT systems.

Niraj Mohin

Member of the board

As the Head of Audit Department at Mizuho Securities USA Inc., he designed and implemented audit programs based on COSO framework for the Fixed Income, Futures and Equities Divisions located in New York, Chicago, London and Singapore. He was the member of firm's Risk Management, New Product, and SOX 404 Steering committees.  As Vice President at Fitch Risk Advisory, he conducted risk assessment projects in relation to the SOX-404 and the Basel II. Prior to this he was a controller at Goldman Sachs and Asia Financial Asset Management.

Juri D. Tanfoglio

Member of the board

Juri D. Tanfoglio started his project career as an engineer on international client projects at Buhler AG. After his additional education in business economics, he worked as consultant for strategy development, supply chain management and process engineering, as well as program manager for Ernst & Young Consulting and Cap Gemini. As entrepreneur, together with a business partner he built a small consulting company where he was responsible for the delivery of all client projects. With more than 12 years project management activity he today offers a wide experience in the development and optimisation of business processes and organisational units.

Levent Kosumdok


Levent brings strong experiences of growing and transforming companies through his 25 years of Sales and Marketing experience in start ups, SMEs and large international firms.  His best practices include sales coaching, pipeline management and development, sales processes optimisation, marketing strategies, and international expansion. Levent has successfully built up direct selling businesses and distribution channels and continues to support entrepreneurs in this area.  Prior to Finance-Force AG, he held positions including CMO and head of sales at companies like Angst+Pfister, SR Technics and IBM. 

Tatjana Bauecker


Tatjana shares her fifteen plus years of practices in finance, process optimisation, and business transformation. Prior to Finance-Force, Tatjana has gained her best practices at companies including Denner, Pelikan, Infront Sports & Media, and TUI, whereby her hands-on, bottom up approach ensured strict financial management, reporting and tracking the total business on operational levels, whilst working with and enabling executives to better steer the business towards achieving strategic goals. Tatjana is on the Board of the Zuger Kantonaler Frauenbund and is passionate about helping women in business.

Talha-Khan Aquil


Talha is an accomplished finance services specialist with more than twenty years of experience across the platform of Financial Services from Retail Banking through to Private Equity and alternative investments.  His regional scope covers Europe and since the last three years has successfully built up Al Kilma in the UAE, a growing full service capital raising firm and direct investment support partner. His best practices include Marketing & Branding, Retail Banking Product Development, Sales, Private Banking Relationship Management, M&A, Capital Raising and Private Equity.  This comes from his past positions at Akina Ltd and Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie.

Gennaro Goetschmann


Gennaro Goetschmann brings CEO experiences from US-Companies in Switzerland and in SMEs. His career covered the experiences in machining in SME, IT (IBM), Energy (Alpiq) and Telecom (Swisscom, Samsung) with a broad experience in leading global projects for High-Tech Solutions. During the past years he was mainly acting as a Turnaround-Manager for SMEs, responsible to grow the potential of organizations and seek financial solutions as well as M&A. Today he works part time as a Lecturer on Leadership and Organizational Behaviour, supports Start-Ups as a Business Angel and holds several board mandates.

Sanjay Razdan


Sanjay Razdan is a senior executive with multi sector international experience and a proven track record in transformational growth, strategy execution, people development, sales and business origination. Sanjay has over 25 years’ experience in industry, with multinational and start up technology companies across continents and cultures. His track record has seen sustainable growth at companies including Honeywell, De La Rue and Qiniteq. A Harvard Business School alumnus with an MBA and a BE Electronics degree.

Anant Patel


Anant is an experienced business development specialist who supports clients with their top line growth development. Be it a startup or well established business, he has increased revenues by delivering growth strategies and building up sales teams. His best practices include international sales and business development, lead generation, sales processes and market feedback.  Prior to Finance-Force , he gained his experiences from Global Recovery Alliance, Baker and McKenzie (legal/software), Sepro Swiss (wealth management) and Phones4U (retail and communications).

David Libby


David brings a diverse portfolio of skills from ten years  in banking, preceded by ten years in IT, watchmaking and agriculture. His best practices include, business analysis, enterprise-level architecture, requirements management, process troubleshooting and optimisation, workshop facilitation techniques. David’s primary education was in Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Economy (BSc Hons). He has a strong passion for organic agriculture and sustainability, and is an active member of the start-up community.  He also runs motivational team-building workshops using percussion via his assocation, Zurich School of Samba.

John Mauron


John is a seasoned financial service industry specialist with over twenty years of experience in various management and leadership positions in Banking Operations, International Private Banking and Wealth Management in Switzerland and abroad.  Inter alia he held overall responsibility of an International Private Bank as CEO and Residential Manager. His best practices include Management & Leadership, Banking and Operations, Cross border and international Wealth Management; Family Office and International Fiduciary & Trust Services as well as Comprehensive Financial Advice, Relationship Management and HR.

Indi supports us with our human resources activities and supports with our client recruitment activities.  Prior to joining Finance-Force, she worked in international recruitment in the oil and gas industry (Saipem, ENI Group) and in various HR roles for Alstom and Wyevale.  Her best practices include full cycle recruitment, performance management, staff development and retention, policies and procedures.

Alexandra Stiegler

PR and Events

PR activities and event management at Finance-Force are managed by Alexandra.  Her experienced background also supports our clients and investments, with her best practices being gained during her support at clients such as BOSE, SumUp, Apple, Oracle, Orange and Novartis. She is the founder of Sprit Communication and actively supports international companies moving to Switzerland.

Nicole Morof

Sales and Marketing

Nicole is the go-to person for the team and supports us in the marketing area. Day to day support for the team includes  translation and proofing of documents, corporate identity topics for presentations, and preparation of marketing and event materials. She also supports the team with internal sales activities and lead generation.
